In this exercise we are working on getting your horse comfortable with the idea of you stretching while riding. When doing the stretches be sure to rub your horse and make him feel comfortable with the fact you are moving into different positions.
I hope you find a state of flow, connection, and relaxation in this lesson. You should come away with a feeling of being stretched and loosened, thereby allowing you to be aware of and follow your horses movement in a way that feels wonderful.
