Bio Submission Process

The bio submission process is simple - you'll submit all of your bio information and images using just one Google Form. The submission form is accessed by using the Submit Bio Here button above or the Send Bio link towards the top of the page.

Note to past Presenters: if you would like to review and/or use your previous bio submission, just let me know.

→ 1 Bio

A brief biography sharing all about you, your unique talents and your contributions to the horse community. This will help people understand you and your work and 

Length: approx 200 - 400 words
Examples: _1_, _2_, _3_

→ 2 Images

Minimum of 3 bio and action images of you and horses. The better the quality and composition of your images, the better you'll look on your Fair pages - and attract attention!

Bio image: 1+ (can include a horse as long as your face is prominent)
Action/Horse Images: 2+ photos of you with a horse(s)
File Type: jpg, png
File Size: 1 GB max

→ 3 Because Of The Horse Statement

Finish the statement "Because of the horse..." with a few words or sentences that are meaningful to you. This statement is made into a graphic and featured on your bio page.

Length: up to 75 words
Example: "Because of the horse, I am humbled, not only from all of the lessons they have taught me, but also to be amongst such amazing horse people."

→ 4 Bio Links

Include your website and social media links that we promote on your bio and presentation pages. Make the most of your exposure at the Fair through thoughtful use of your links!

Number: up to 4 links
Examples: link to your website, clinic/course/free resource page, social media channel

Presentation Submission Process

The submission process is simple and uses a Google Form to collect your presentation information and video content. You can access the presentation submission form by using the Submit Presentation Here button above.

You'll submit one form for each of your presentations - with each submission comprised of three parts as detailed below.

We welcome early submissions! And encourage you to submit each one as soon as it is ready - you do not need to wait until you have them all ready before sending them to us.

→ 1 Presentation Content

Your work will be prominently featured on dedicated bio and presentation pages, giving you prime visibility

Our growing global audience of 53,000 passionate equestrians, primarily women aged 30+, spans a broad variety of disciplines and experience levels. This is your chance to connect with them by choosing topics that will showcase your best work and resonate deeply with them.

You have complete freedom to choose your presentation topics. Think of presentations that will inspire and offer valuable insights and takeaways - and have people looking for more using your Bio Links.

There is a minimum of two videos but...more videos = more exposure!

Your presentations can be from an existing paid program, event content (not content from a previous Online Horse Fair event), or created specially for the Fair. Free videos on Facebook and YouTube are not accepted.

 → Videos: Two or more videos, each 20-60 minutes long

→ Quality: Fully edited with clear visuals and audio

→ Format: MP4, horizontal aspect

→ File Name: include Presentation Title in the file name

→ File Size: under 3GB

→ 2 Presentation Title

Create a catchy title that grabs attention and interest, and gives people an idea of what your video is about.

Length: approx 5 - 12 words  

→ 3 Presentation Description

Provide a brief description (short paragraph) that clearly describes what the video is about, and what the viewer can expect to learn.

Length: approx 75-150 words

☆ TIP

Your presentation information (title and description) directly impacts how many views your videos will get, so be sure it is well thought out, and clear and compelling to the viewer. The presentation information is used on your dedicated bio and presentation pages, the event schedule and in promotions.
