The Fair continues to grow, evolve, and deepen, bringing together horse lovers from around the world for meaningful learning, fresh perspectives, and practical insights that support both horse and rider.
With three major Fair screenings and a special end-of-year encore, each 2-day event will be filled with inspiration, connection, and thoughtful conversations designed to help riders feel more clear, confident, and supported on their journey.
As part of our 2027 experience, the lead-up to each Fair will include:

Presenter Pack
Your Presenter Pack contains all the information you need to plan and create your contribution to The Online Horse Fair 2027. As soon as you accept our presenter invitation, you will receive your Pack via email.
Promotion Pack
Your Promotion Pack contains everything you need to promote the Free Fair Ticket, including promo copy and creative, plus your affiliate link. The more people you bring to the Fair, the more you will earn when they buy the All Access Pass from us in 2027.

Your work will be prominently featured on dedicated bio and presentation pages, giving you prime visibility. The following is required so that we can help you make the most of your presence at The Online Horse Fair 2027!
Your Presentations
Our growing global audience of 75,000+ passionate equestrians, primarily women aged 30+, spans a broad variety of disciplines and experience levels. This is your chance to connect with them by choosing topics that will showcase your best work and resonate deeply with them.
You have complete freedom to choose your presentation topics. Think of presentations that will inspire and offer valuable insights and takeaways - and have people looking for more using your Bio Links.
Your presentations can be from an existing paid program, event content, or created specially for the Fair. The more videos you submit, the more exposure you will get.
Required: 2 or more 20 - 60 minute videos**
Due Date: January 10, 2027

Your Bio Page
There are three key pieces to creating an engaging and effective Bio Page for you at The Fair.
Required:
1. A biography approx 200-400 words
2. Minimum 3 bio and action images of you and your horses
3. Up to 4 links where people can find you eg your website, clinic/course/free resource page, social channels - you can really make the most of your exposure at the Fair through thoughtful use of these links
